From which moments do you draw the greatest strength? Choose situations that strengthen you instead of weakening you.
Which moments in your everyday life give you energy and strength and which ones drain you? Are there one or more situations in which you’re being asked—or asking yourself—to act and live in a way that goes against your true nature?
Maybe you’re someone who often needs peace and solitude to reconnect with yourself and regain your strength. Or maybe you’re someone who truly blossoms when surrounded by people and variety.
We all carry all aspects within us, and your needs may vary depending on the situation. But whenever you constantly push yourself to be something you’re not, it can eventually lead to problems.
So: What if you gave yourself more permission to take a break when you need one? Or, on the flip side, made sure to spend more time with others if that’s what you long for?
This card is a reminder to regularly ask yourself what you really want and need—so that you can express it more clearly to those around you. It’s often through open communication and honest sharing that deeper connection and true togetherness can arise.
Even when people have very different needs, authenticity can lay the foundation for finding a solution that works for everyone.
This card also reminds you that you’re allowed to embrace both your “loud” and your “quiet” sides—depending on what feels right for you in the moment. If you’ve put yourself in a box that no longer fits, give yourself permission to break out of your old self-image and choose freely who you want to be now.
The message and the image on this card are based on my original oil painting "The alchemy of introverted and extroverted" from the "Alchemy" series. If you like the message and image, you have the opportunity to bring them into your everyday life permanently - either as a painting or on various everyday objects:
This is just an excerpt from the meaning of the card. You can find even more text and ideas for implementing the message in your everyday life in the book accompanying the cards (available soon).
