Inspiration often comes when we least expect it—when we're relaxed and fully ourselves, without needing to produce a specific result right away.

f you're currently in a situation where you're looking for solutions, take a step back. Allow yourself a short break or do something that shifts your state of being. Set the intention to find a solution, even if your mind doesn't know it yet—and trust that the ideas will come to you naturally.

If you work in a creative field—or want to—where you rely on ideas, try to see your whole life as a source of inspiration. Everything and everyone you encounter in your everyday life can become an inspiration. Other artists you admire can also inspire you.

The more open your eyes are to the world around you, the more your personal muse will be able to “kiss” you. And your greatest source of inspiration is actually yourself: the more connected you are to who you are and the more you explore your own perspective on life, the more unique your projects will become. People will resonate with your work because they’ll feel your personality behind it.

When you stop seeing creativity as something you own and instead as something that wants to flow through you, you’ll discover that your personal wellspring of inspiration never runs dry—and new ideas will keep coming to you.
