Your life becomes magnificent the moment you decide that it is.
Goddess Sif's meaning: You reap what you sow
The goddess Sif wants to remind you that you yourself cultivate the field of your life by deciding which personality you are and how you think about yourself and your life.
As the goddess of the harvest, the Norse goddess is connected to the power of nature and wants to give you the understanding that you always have enough of everything and are always provided for.
The only thing that can undo your personal harvest is a negative self-image about yourself and the world—thoughts of lack. With every self-doubt and unnecessary thought, you undo what has long been there. Sif reminds you once again that there is actually no separation between your inner and outer world—and that you can now not only know this cognitively but also live and apply it.
But how can you ensure that your wishes bear fruit and blossom in all their beauty? Quite simply, by making yourself aware of how important it is to treat yourself honorably and to view yourself as the source of your very own life.
Sif also stands for renewal, for in Norse mythology Loki cut off her magnificent hair. One might think that this took away her power and magic. However, she did not let this deter her. Her husband Thor arranged for Loki to forge a new head of hair of gold that was even more magical than the original.
This symbolizes that there are always more possibilities than you think. Even if you experience limitations or challenges in your life and initially think that your power has been diminished or that opportunities have been taken from you—are you ready now to see and recognize this?
