Communication is one of the most important elements for connecting with other living beings. It creates connection—because in exchange with others, common ground can be found and ideas can evolve.

When you're able to express your thoughts and feelings, you're sharing yourself with the world. You can be an inspiration to others and perhaps even bring to life ideas that didn’t exist before. Language and communication are therefore powerful instruments of creation.

If there is a situation in your life right now where you seem to be having difficulty expressing yourself clearly: take a moment to pause.
he solution to this situation—and what you truly want to express—can be found within. But you might only hear your “inner voice” once your daily life gets a little quieter and you consciously give yourself a break.

But maybe your communication with yourself (in your thoughts or inner self-talk) is often negative at the moment, so that you don't think well of yourself?
n both cases, now is a good time to prioritize your connection to yourself and start noticing your wishes and needs more clearly again. Give them more space by beginning to talk about them—and also by guiding your thoughts in a direction that supports you. The connection to yourself is the most important foundation for forming clear and authentic connections with others.
