The alchemy of being awake and dreaming: Recognize the connections
Our life can feel like a dream—especially when we feel at the mercy of certain circumstances and fail to recognize that much of what feels so real is actually happening only in our minds. For most people, everyday thoughts run on “autopilot,” and they never question whether those thoughts are actually true for them.
But what if your life could now truly become more like a lucid dream? A dream in which you realize that you're asleep—and in which you’re able to steer and influence what’s happening? A dream where anything is possible?

These reactions may be ones you no longer want to have, because they don’t reflect the person you actually want to be.
To step out of these automatic responses and wake up from your personal dream, you can ask yourself a simple question: “Who is reacting right now?”
This question points to the identity from which the automatic reaction is arising. It might come from a sense of lack—or from a particular story you still identify with.
