Silent Messengers – powerful messages from endangered species (all artworks of the series on paper)

Silent Messengers are animal species that are endangered or on the brink of extinction, yet deeply inspiring. With this series, I don’t want to evoke sadness, but to portray these animals in a powerful way and raise awareness for them. Our world is so beautiful—and it’s worth protecting.

At the same time, these animals are also a symbol of never giving up on yourself and discovering your own inner strength. Each animal represents a particular quality that you can recognize within yourself as well. I have blended each animal with its environment in a slightly different way to highlight how deeply they are connected to their natural habitat.

On this page you’ll find all works created so far in this series, available in DIN A2 or DIN A1 sizes (shipped without a frame). Please also note that it is always possible that the paper is slightly creased, has minimal tear marks from the tape or that there are individual small splashes of paint on the edge or on the back. As it is handmade, this is normal and not a defect.
