Information on shipping and shipping costs

- Switzerland and the United Kingdom
Delivery to non-German EU countries is currently not possible through this shop. Shipping is still possible with the help of third-party providers – if you are interested, please feel free to contact me so that I can give you all the options that are suitable in your individual case: office@sonjaneuroth.de
Shipping costs:
- Within Germany: Free shipping
- Switzerland and United Kingdom: Shipping fee for one oracle card set: 3.70 EUR; from 2 oracle card sets and other smaller items such as books, T-shirts and coffee mugs: 7 EUR; paintings and art prints up to 50cm in size: 26 EUR; paintings and art prints from 60cm: 29 EUR; free shipping from a total order value of 150 EUR
Finished original paintings and oracle cards that are ready for immediate dispatch and are sent by us can usually be dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment. Commissioned works are only dispatched after completion.
Art prints usually have to be produced first, which can take up to 10 working days, before they are dispatched. The actual delivery time depends on the parcel service provider and may be delayed during public holidays and other circumstances. General note regarding customs duties: In countries outside the EU, additional customs duties or other import fees may apply. These are to be borne by the buyer.
