Some people spend their entire lives on a healing path that never seems to end. They search for a solution or remedy outside themselves that will finally bring improvement. It is not wrong to seek help when you need it. But do you know right now what you truly need, and are you following your inner wisdom? Or do you feel like you’re stuck, unable to move forward, or caught in this never-ending search?

Don’t search for your flaws or wounds. Instead, recognize how magnificent you already are.
Anahit was the Armenian goddess of healing, wisdom, and water. She represents that your so-called healing comes from within—precisely when you already see yourself as whole and complete, without devaluing what once happened.
Trust your mind and body to always be able to regenerate when you take good care of yourself and live your inner truth. Then you will realize that after periods of stress or demanding situations, calm returns once more—if you follow the flow of your life and allow that things will turn around for you positively all by themselves.
