The alchemy of control and trust: You don't have to force anything
Are you currently trying to force something by repeatedly thinking about a situation and asking yourself how it might continue or what else you could do to make everything turn out the way you want it to?
hen something is particularly important to us or we are afraid that something negative might happen, it can happen that this matter becomes omnipresent in our thinking and almost completely prevents us from completing other tasks or being mentally present in the here and now.
We want the situation to be “resolved” right now, and our mind keeps it present in order to look for solutions.
Yet perhaps you have already noticed how the omnipresence of a topic can lead you to become increasingly desperate and the solution seems to move further and further away. a solution. Out of desperation, the need for control grows bigger and bigger, and this in turn causes you to feel as if you have nothing under control at all.
So what is the solution? Trust in yourself! What if you realized that every desire (including the desire for a solution to a situation that is in itself undesirable) always comes from your true self? That means: The solution is already within you. You may not be able to see it at the moment because you perceive it as absent and are desperately searching for it.
Stop searching by trusting: It is already there and it will become clear to you precisely when you give up the desire to control every detail of your life. In the awareness that you lack nothing, you can let go of the need to force things. This is the state in which ideas can come to you and everything “comes together” as if by magic.
