The alchemy of gentleness and strength connects you with your true inner superpower.
Perhaps you have often heard or felt that you are too gentle, too sensitive, too delicate and that you should be tougher in your life or set more boundaries.
What if there is nothing wrong with you and your true strength comes from the gentle side of you? Only if you see your gentle, sensitive side as a disadvantage or as a victim of circumstances can it have a negative effect on you. The alchemy of gentleness and strength inspires you to be more playful with who you are by nature, instead of always wanting to pretend for others or being a so-called people pleaser.
The motif is based on my oil painting The alchemy of gentleness and strength as part of the "Alchemy" series, which is about uniting apparent opposites and recognizing that everything is part of a whole and that we don't have to completely exclude anything. Instead of feeling trapped between two extremes, you always have the choice of which facet you want to recognize and live.

Here is more information on the respective products:
- The mug is made of ceramic and has a capacity of 325 ml. It is printed on both sides - on one side with the illustration, on the other side with the motto
- The poster is printed on matt paper and in Din A3 (without frame). If you would like a different size, glossy paper and/or a wooden frame, please send us an e-mail. Other versions can also be produced
- The T-shirts have the illustration on the front and the motto on the back and are available here in the store in sizes S, M and L (fit: unisex, round neckline, brand: Bella+Canvas 3001, made of 100 % combed and ring-spun airlume cotton, which offers a high-quality, soft feel).
