Shift – Express yourself creatively and make visible who you truly are

Have you ever wondered who you really are and what your individual expression is? Creativity is within each of us, and it's a great tool for making identity visible. The moment you immortalize your brushstroke on the canvas, you do it in your very own way, and it's a symbol of your inner world becoming visible on the canvas.

In my beginner's course Spells – The Magic of Your Identity Have you realized who you truly are and what your life is meant to be? In this course, we take it a step further, and you will get closer to your very own creative expression. You will make visible who you truly are. Recognize and live your authentic self with the help of your creativity.

What to expect in this course

Shift is not a classical painting course, but rather we use art as a tool to make your inner world visible to the outside. The course is designed so that you can take it with absolutely no prior artistic experience, as well as if you have already mastered certain techniques. It's about the creative process itself and your identity within it. Not about learning something or doing it „right.“.

Experience yourself as you truly want to be and express yourself without judgment.

Shift (based on my photo series of the same name) describes that one moment when you become aware of who you truly are and that you choose how you want to go through your life. This can be a moment of deep realization, sometimes a breakthrough moment. A moment when you realize you don't have to become someone else, but rather it's about authentically expressing yourself. And the course itself is meant to inspire you to have precisely these kinds of moments.

You don't need any prior knowledge or „creative talent.“ I'll show you everything relevant to implement the creative projects in the tutorial videos. The rest is entirely up to you.

By booking this self-paced online course, you will receive access to a password-protected page containing the following content:

You will create that

Throughout the course, among other things, the following will arise:
• your newly told life story
• a collage of your identity
an intuitive, abstract work that reflects your inner world
• A symbolic portrait (as you wish, with humans and/or animals and plants)
• a powerful image of darkness and light: What wants to come into the world through you?

All art projects are demonstrated by me in videos as examples and are intentionally designed so that they do not require prior knowledge. You can also participate even if you cannot draw yet. This way, you can choose for yourself how complex you want your individual work to be.

You will experience that creativity is not something you „have or don't have.“ Rather, it is something that arises through you.

What you additionally need for the course:

To implement the projects, you will need, among other things, 4 canvases, acrylic paints, and 3-5 brushes. I have prepared a PDF list of the exact materials for you in the course, which includes the minimum materials as the most cost-effective option and also provides options for additional materials that you don't absolutely need, but which will make the projects even more beautiful. Perhaps you already have some of these materials at home. If you buy the minimum necessary materials new, it should still cost under 100 EUR in total (depending on which brands you want to use).
