The Armenian goddess Anahit in a modern style on canvas (mixed media or as an art print)

The goddess Anahit was associated with fertility, water, healing, wisdom and the moon. She was worshipped as both a heavenly mother and a powerful protector. One of her power animals was the cow, which stood for the maternal and gentle aspect

The goddess Anahit can still be a symbol today for trusting your own intuition more and taking your life into your own hands with self-responsibility.

The painting is part of my Mythology series, in der ich Figuren aus den alten Sagen und Mythen in modernem Setting male. Dies tue ich bewusst, weil es dich daran erinnern soll, dass in jedem von uns Superkräfte stecken und die Helden, Götter usw. nur ein Symbol dafür sind. Die alten Sagen leben noch immer weiter – auch in dir! Aber wir können sie auf eine moderne Art und Weise interpretieren.

Dieses Bild ist in mehreren Schichten mit Sprühfarben, Acryl- und Ölfarben entstanden. Da sich die runde Form des Bildes nicht drucken lässt, gibt es dieses Motiv aktuell ausschließlich einmal – nur im Original (Größe der Leinwand: Durchmesser von 40cm)
